this central florida local nonprofit's wordpress site had so many broken links and features causing major headaches. i redesigned and migrated them to shopify so they could sell merch, book tours, and get people stoked about their historic mission.
-
their wordpress website kept crashing, so i dug into what they actually needed. turned out shopify was a perfect fit for their e-commerce goals.
i mocked up a new flow chart in figma that made booking tours super easy and helped people discovering their merch.
after i had the ux looking cute, I got in contact with fareharbor and had them integrate their scheduling service so people could book tours without any hassle.

the tour booking went live, we tested it, they promoted the new tour, and bookings started right away. the owner was stoked to be selling inventory again and promoting tours without worrying about the site breaking.
because i loved the mission, i made a short promo video and shared it on my socials. people in the comments were excited and shocked to learn that an eatonville history tour existed. in the end the owner was glad he trusted my recommendation to migrate to shopify and thrilled to have a site that actually works.

worked directly with the president (super cool dude) and his assistant to make sure everything was stellar for both the team and customers.
