  • coutonic email campaigns were my primary marketing channel for promoting product drops, seasonal collections and sales. treated like mini homepages, each email led with a hero image, a short description, product images with ‘shop now’ buttons, and a footer nav with featured collections like ‘new arrivals’ or ‘sale’, all optimized for mobile-first conversion.

  • as owner i designed the emails, shot product photography or acquired rights to use photos, wrote copy, and built reusable templates that i frequently edited. i prioritized a strong visual hierarchy, large touch-friendly buttons, and concise snippets that set expectations for each collection. before sending, i tested emails personally and with trusted brand reviewers to confirm content, links, and layout across devices. campaigns were produced in mailchimp and tracked via mailchimp and google analytics to decide what to promote next.

  • email consistently drove the highest conversion rates compared with other channels, turning interest into orders and keeping customers engaged. the reusable templates sped production and kept messaging consistent, while larger CTAs improved mobile click-through and reduced friction to purchase.

  • mostly solo: i led all aspects as owner (design, photography, copy, and development) and worked with a trusted reviewer for pre-send checks.
